This needs assessment aimed to understand the needs, vulnerabilities, and service gaps affecting unaccompanied and separated children aged 10–14 years living in both refugee and host communities in Turkana (Kakuma and Kalobeyei), Garissa (Dadaab), and Nairobi counties. The study was intended to inform the design and delivery of responsive, inclusive, and sustainable child protection and development interventions.

These Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are designed to provide guidance to professionals who may encounter child online abuse in the course of their work, including law enforcement officers, child protection workers, health workers, social workers, prosecutors and other service providers.

This evaluation reviewed the project's performance based on OECD criteria, focusing on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. It highlights modifications to the youth online safety curriculum, best practices, lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

The goal of the Kajiado Integrated Community Based Child Protection and Youth Project is to promote functional child protection systems and to facilitate increased empowerment and engagement of children in their own protection.
