The Joining Forces Alliance for Children in Kenya submits this memorandum with specific recommendations to the National Crime Research Center on the probe to combat gender-based violence and child rights violations.

2024

Documentation of the effects of COVID-19 on children is minimal in Kenya. Most of the surveys done focus on adults and households, with very minimal focus on children. However, the minimal data available demonstrates that children face diverse challenges due to the effects of COVID-19.
