Changing the narrative, male caregivers in Homa Bay county advance positive parenting and family wellbeing

In Homa Bay County, male caregivers are redefining what it means to be present, engaged, and supportive fathers and partners. Through the Strengthened Partnership for Nurturing Care Project, implemented by ChildFund with funding from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, these men have actively stepped forward to share childcare responsibilities and become better caregivers within their households. The project has significantly strengthened their knowledge, attitudes, and practices toward responsive and protective parenting.
