RE: REQUEST FOR DONATION / CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SUPPORT – OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of Dream Winners Community Based Organization, I am writing to kindly request your consideration for support through donation or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assistance in relation to your recently announced disposal of furniture and equipment.
Dream Winners CBO is a youth-led community organization dedicated to transforming lives through education support, talent development, mentorship, empowerment programs, and community outreach initiatives targeting vulnerable children, youth, and young mothers in underserved areas.
Problem Statement
Like many grassroots organizations, we continue to face significant challenges in establishing and equipping a fully functional office space. Limited access to essential office furniture and equipment has affected our administrative efficiency, record keeping, coordination of programs, and overall service delivery to the community we serve.
Proposed Solution
Support in the form of donated or subsidized furniture and equipment from your organization would greatly strengthen our operational capacity. Such assistance would directly enable us to:
Improve coordination of community programs
Enhance record management and accountability
Create a functional workspace for volunteers and staff
Expand our outreach and impact to more beneficiaries
We believe that by extending support to grassroots organizations like ours, your institution will be contributing directly to sustainable community development and youth empowerment.
We would be grateful for any consideration you may give to our request, whether through donation, allocation of surplus items, or guidance on affordable acquisition under your disposal process.
We remain fully committed to transparency, proper use of resources, and accountability in all our activities.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Abel Morang’a

Dear Procurement Committee,
I am writing on behalf of BOY-CHILD CARE KENYA. We highly commend ChildFund Kenya’s long-standing commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families across Kenya. We noted your recent Tender Notice for the Disposal of Furniture and Equipment. While we understand these assets are slated for sale, we are writing to respectfully request a partial donation of these items to support our ongoing community work. Receiving a donation of office furniture, desks, chairs, or equipment from this disposal list would significantly enhance our operational capacity.
As a fellow stakeholder in social impact, we would ensure that these assets are fully utilized to uplift needy communities. We are more than willing to provide any necessary registration documentation or asset receipt certificates required by your internal audit team to formalize a donation agreement. Thank you very much for considering our request.
Yours sincerely,
BOY-CHILD CARE KENYA.

Dear Sir/Madam,
GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS INSTITUTE (GLOBCOM) hereby expresses its interest in participating in the above-mentioned tender for the disposal of furniture and equipment under Tender No. CFK01/05/2026.
GLOBCOM is a youth-led, youth-focused non-profit organization established in 2005 and registered in Kenya. The organization is committed to empowering youths through behavior change programs and community empowerment initiatives aimed at building socially just and empowered communities. Over the years, GLOBCOM has successfully implemented programs in various counties including Siaya, Kisumu, Nairobi, and Homa Bay, earning trust and recognition from communities, partners, and stakeholders at both national and international levels.
The organization has extensive experience implementing youth-centered interventions including HIV prevention programs, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence prevention and monitoring, eye health initiatives, youth sports tournaments, integrated community outreach programs, and computer literacy training. Our computer literacy program particularly focuses on equipping young people with practical digital skills, enhancing employability, and promoting responsible community engagement.

These initiatives have contributed significantly to HIV awareness, risk reduction, gender-based violence prevention, youth empowerment, and improved community health outcomes.
The youth in Kenya continue to face numerous socio-economic challenges, including unemployment, limited access to education, peer pressure, crime, drug abuse, and lack of access to opportunities. GLOBCOM remains committed to addressing these challenges through empowerment programs that create positive and sustainable social impact.
In line with our operational and programmatic needs, we are interested in acquiring furniture and equipment through this tender process to strengthen our office operations, training centers, and youth empowerment activities. We are fully committed to complying with all tender requirements, procedures, and regulations.
Attached are the required organizational documents and supporting information as outlined in the tender instructions.
