Our strategy is driven by the voices of children, who have told us that they need to feel heard and empowered to drive change. Underpinning all our strategic priorities is the need to ensure every child feels listened to by the adults who make decisions about their lives.
This strategy serves as a roadmap that guides our programs, working with local partner organizations, to address the most critical needs of children across Kenya in health, education, and safety.
This strategy was developed in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local partner organizations, community members, government bodies, donors, civil society organizations, private sector players, and most importantly, children and youth.
