Dorcas is the Senior Accountant for both ChildFund’s Kenya and Uganda offices, having joined the organization in October 2017. She brings over nine years of experience in top-level grant and donor financial management, financial reporting, leadership, and compliance. Dorcas is highly skilled in general accounting and bookkeeping, budgeting, internal controls, taxation, and financial analysis.
She holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Finance) from Moi University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K), further enhancing her expertise in financial management.
