Dr. Kipera is an accomplished and renowned development expert with over 25 years of experience in the development sector. He has held senior organizational management and leadership roles across national and international levels, including in the public and private sectors, the UN, and international NGOs. His expertise includes strategic planning, program and project design, as well as the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of development initiatives.

He has a strong track record in organizational change management and has successfully led the implementation of various programs and sponsorship initiatives. His commitment to good governance and accountability is evident in his successful team-building and people management initiatives, alongside his resource mobilization skills.

With strengths in research, policy formulation, training, facilitation, and negotiation, Dr. Kipera is driving change in ChildFund. He holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Planning from the University of Nairobi, as well as a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
